We spent an enjoyable New Year at this hotel. the breakfast and dinner buffets offered a variety of dishes, including nice desserts. the hotel's location near the beach and bus station was very convenient. We also enjoyed the warm temperature in the outdoor pool.
The room felt outdated and had some maintenance issues. the bathroom had a stale smell and a leaky faucet.

The AC worked well, which was a relief during the hot weather. The staff were friendly and provided good customer service. The location was convenient, with a bus station close by, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas.
The room cleaning could have been better, as the bedclothes and towels were not changed frequently enough. The arrangement of the room could have been improved, as a small nightstand near the bed would have been useful.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The pool area and gardens were beautiful. Great value for money. Convenient location with good transportation options to nearby areas. Choice of rooms with excellent sea views. Clean and spacious.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
